Spa Therapist - Full Time

£15.00 per hour (Plus commission)

We are currently recruiting for Full-Time Therapists to join our team at Thermae Bath Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity to join us; where we offer a genuinely unique experience in the UK for residents and visitors to Bath who can bathe in Britain’s only thermal water Spa.

The role
As a Spa Therapist here at Thermae Bath Spa you will have the opportunity to carry out a variety of holistic massage treatments and reviving facials. You'll consult your guests to understand their needs and deliver high-quality, exceptional treatments. We take pride in how our spa area environment looks and feels to our guests, therapists are responsible for maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the treatment rooms. 

As a Spa Therapist, you will have a caring, friendly nature and work well both independently and as part of the spa team, ensuring to provide excellent customer service at all times. We provide excellent in-house training so you can provide professional and relaxing treatments with confidence using beautiful Aromatherapy Associates products. You will also gain further spa therapist experience and knowledge within our 5* sister hotel, The Gainsborough Bath Spa.

Thermae Bath Spa is a popular spa located within the Bath city centre providing great transport links to assist you in traveling to work. 

Shifts will vary and the hours of work are between 10.15am and 20.00pm, including weekends & public holidays. As our sister hotel is open 365 days a year, you will be required to work during Christmas and New Year on a rota basis. 

The ideal person
The ideal candidate will be a friendly, enthusiastic individual who has a true passion for delivering high-quality treatments with an engaging personality to aid in building a rapport with both guests and colleagues. You will need good communication skills and able to work well within a professional spa team.

You will need to be NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent to be eligible for a spa therapist role; spa experience is desirable but not essential. All therapists will go through in-house training prior to providing treatments.
